I made it yesterday or the day before I think. 

I have frozen two pieces and only one piece remains in the fridge.

I am now eating potato salad so delish.

Bella is barking like mad outside.

My cd with Songs of the Bardo is going and playing.

I should go have a bath.

All is well. I have warned my hubby that I have complained a ton about him to many many people in my life. In the last 8 years. I know he did the same. But in the last 3 years it has been very good, the last two years and a half truly.  Things have settled way calmer than before in BC. I have increased my level of meds a bit and things are okay overall saved for the occasional mad email on blog days.
