I decided to stay home: I have been out 6 times today so far.  The sun is still blasting and wonderful but I receive it all on my couch, with the curtains and windows open. Hopefully,Billy will play a bit in the park tonight. Whiksey went with everyone this time (he did not at noon and 3pm). It is so nice not to smoke weed today: i am really enjoying the sobriety. I am pretty sure it helps with curbing cigarettes too to be sober. 

The day has been literally GORGEOUS today. And the huge decrease without much pain of cigarettes thanks to the sun is amazing me and I am so very grateful for it. Om mani peme hung. Thank you Shakyamuni for meditation in the sunshine like God inspired me recently. It is miraculous this sunshine to stop cigarettes. Maybe I should stop altogether? Not smoke at all for a week? I almost feel like it is feasible these days, this week especially.
