The sun is breathtaking today! The sky is super blue too. I meditate in the sunshine and all my cravings for pot and smokes magically disappear. A sober day like today and most of yesterday is most welcomed. My mental health is so much better now than at the beginning of the month, when I was plain nuts for about 5-7 days. Online anyway, if not in my everyday life. i suspect i truly have an internet disfunction or maladjustment actually. But I am getting more mindful and better at curbing its impact and effects. 

The day has been somptuously sunshine and great big winds today. An ideal spring day truly. Thank you lord for such abundant fertility of heat and life today and this week especially. But mostly for a while now in our life, You have been very present and protective. Amen!
