That is a record I have not done since 2021, in hospital where I could not smoke as much. Thanks to the sun, it is not too painful at all either. The sun really demands my attention and I have no time to think of smoking when I bask in the sun's glory of sunshine. 

It is really a miracle how the sun affects my mood and changes my habits , my life choices and health choices. May this continue until I completely stop smoking. The fear of oral cancer is very real and so it is of a stroke. but God is helping me a HUGE amount by providing the miracle cure from the sunshine this week. Amen! And thank you lord.
