I have nothing particularly enlighten to say right now. But I must write to kill time between smokes. And to keep busy and healthy. We should go for a walk soon. Maybe in the next hour. I could also have a bath. I dont think i did today yet. I have been up since 5am. I still have not read much of Turning confusion into clarity by Mingyur Rinpoche. I did a bit at the dentist and in the car on Monday. There is a gap between my ideal health and what I actually choose to do with cigarettes. I really want to decrease , like the last two days, to about one pack a day max. I am so habituated to smoking all the time in the last 15 years...
