We only bought one but it is humongous.
The breathing meditation is going on on the cd in the living room as I write. I did the previous half hour or so meditation on the cd. That apple fits the bill: I was hungry and barely ate today.
It is 10H30pm: I should take my melatonine. I have smoked so many cigarettes today, i will have trouble falling asleep with all that nicotine in my body! :(
I have realized I have been focusing my buddhist practice recently on myslef instead of thinking of other sentient beings in my practice. In tibetan buddhism, everything is dedicated, our practice and meditation and merit, to the enlightenement of all sentient beings and ours so we can help everyone be liberated ultimately.
