Cigarettes are at about 11 in 7 hours. It is pretty good, though 9 would be better. I should eat something: smoking half less has opened my appetite me who rarely eats more than one small meal a day when i smoke heavily.

I am making grilled or baked veggies in olive oil (onions, zucchinis, and green peppers with some red pepper too). We have a lot of chicken from yesterday which I may fry up quickly for a charred taste.
