Though it may not tell everything God thinks about others when we speak it, it tells of God'S rule between each other. Kindness is more of a rule than anything as I see it. It is a way to avoid hatred in our minds and hearts especially when we speak it. It softens us and makes others feel better. It also is more than politeness. For example, intervening fiercely to remind an asshole to behave on behalf of someone he or she is amking suffer, is also being kind.
