I should really be in bed next to billy who is asleep on my sheets right now. i have to wash my bed sheets tomorrow anyway. 

Jazz is playing on the radio late night program on Ici Musique I think. Piano. It is okay, A bit supermaket music though, not too too good. Why do birds suddenly appear etc instrumental is playing...why do birds, suddenly appear...

I think my GP may think me nuttier than i am with everything. I have said many super crazy and foolish things to his email while I was adjusting to taking my meds regularly as prescribed again the first two years.And sometimes smoking too much weed by far.  but it took him forever to believe I wanted to take them. I had been taking them and loving them overall for 17 years before! Communication is tough and when you send many crazy emails, people dont trust you of course not! No matter the other insightful and smart emails you send too.
