Tibet awakened heart album with Tenzin Choegyal is playing. Billy is on the deck and the second coffee of the morning is being made. I woke up at 10am despite having gone to bed at 10H30pm. It took me hours to fall asleep. We dont have any plans today. The music is etheral and beautiful.  Here comes the cat who wants food and to come inside. She is eating her gross fancy feast can. I love the clothes I am wearing today: brand new stretchy jeans for 40$ last night, a long sleeve shirt for 15$ and a tshirt from NZ 2023, beautiful and black and bright rust colour with a tiki on it. 

I got two emails from my sisters in law about brian's return. The one who lives on a farm was bottle feeding baby lambs and said they were so cute she would not eat those ones! :) 'Trusting and enthusiastic' is how she described them with the bottle feeding.
