Hubby partied last night and ate a ton of junk food. He is spending more time on the throne of the loo consequentely this morning. He also went to bed super late. I hope he does not fall back in his routine of partying every night and stopping to sleep more than 5-6 hours at night. He will find work too difficult if he doesnot change his habits at night. I am a bit worried I must say. but he can make the only rational choise I hope and stay sober and go to bed at 10pm not at 2am.
