I spoke to a lawyer office and they say it takes about a year after the spouse death to  get any money from a will....What would I do for a whole year to pay bills? I am looking into a lawyer office and may have found one but we are waiting on their return call. The nuns are singing and I am trying to calm down my fear at hubby's eventual death. It would be such a nightmare!
