Zen Kiss by Sheila Chandra is too scratched to play. That is too bad. What to do today if the cd wont play? Put on a different cd then, i guess! I have put on the chod cd. I have not heard it in a few days this week.  The drier is going and both dogs are sleeping and the cat too, on my bed. The nuns are chanting. I should pray a bit today, I feel out of it because I am no longer stone all day. It is an adjustment. I miss it a bit today but have not missed it in the last 6 days. I sleep well without pot these days though so that is encouraging for sobriety in the long run. The nuns sing, sing, sing. om muni muni mahamuni soha
