Be still my heart

This burning sizzling going through you

is pain unwanted that is all -

welcome it and let it go

It wont hurt if you dont fight it

You are big enough for the sizzling

to disappear in you

like a flame that will die without hurting

Let go of the pain-

it is only lies

Life is not just pain

as you enjoy delights from it

 you should know

that peace comes always first

and stays through mayhem and pain

I have not asked for happiness that often

I have, however, begged for peace

Be still my soft heart -

you are and shall always be at peace

no matter the pain

this is your divine gift from experience

from your devotion beyond madness

from finding God and Love in a bubble of  hatred

Despite it all,

nurture this peace with a tender gaze

on others

on yourself

Be still my mindful heart -

the screaming is just noise

though it feels like it is ripping you in bits and pieces

that he could only vomit back

if he knew

because he is not at peace

simply, my heart

Have pity and mercy , dear Heart of mine

let us be in love and happy

I have suffered much in this lifetime

but you , my heart ,still delight in Love

and Buddha and God
