We went to do our errands and photocopying.  We were discussing the will and hubby got angry because I did not want to give him power of attorney yet, since I am not incapacitated. he is obsessed with me giving him power of attorney since my illegal prolonged stay against my will and reasonableness in a mental health facility in 2021. My point is: i fought, I have rights, I went to court within the hospital system, and I won. there are safeguards for my rights to be respected depsite the mental health system so biased in canada. I am petrified at the legal consequences of relinquishing my rights to choose for myself. It takes a court hearing to revert such a decision and I really dont see the need yet. Hubby is super angry at this. I dont understand why.
