I have put one candle and turned off the table light.
The chod is going...it is a hard listen but it makes me feel so purified to hear it.
I am sipping on St-germain liquor, elderberry liquor it is and it is delicious.
UPDATE
I have just eaten a bit, first food of the day: tapenade of olives with baguette toasted. And walnuts. I am tempted to cook the half recipe for tomorrow of the parmentier. I think though I will love busying myself with cooking for two hours, from 3-6pm for the réveillon!
