It is rather good that album of hers, a gift of Noel from hubby to me around 2014 when we moved here.

The raspberry bavaroise or mousse has nicely firmed up and settled into firm mousse. We will have raspberry coulis to add to it tomorrow.

The pound of sockeye wild salmon with skin is almost all defrosted in the fridge. I will start cooking it at around 1 or 2pm. The later the better, maybe at 3pm actually, when hubby goes for the third walk of the day. It takes 2 hours to cook and make. 

We will have a tiny amount of smoked salmon with capers and olive oil, pepper and onions slices as apetizers. i know, that is a lot of salmon but I did not plan it very well...ah ah! Our main meal is also with salmon.
