We passed by the mall in case Noel ornaments for the tree were still on special and available like they are online...no such luck. 

I suggested we did the longest bush crashing trail when we finally got to the forest after errands and hubby acquiesce after complaining, as usual, that 'billy would not get any play'. He says that EACH time I suggest the bush trail. Billy has 4-5 walks a day. Two of these are intensive playing if he wants. Three hours of play a day. That is pretty good.

The trail was very wet and muddy in places and my boots held it well. I loved that trail: it took us a good hour to walk it, among the trees and moss and in the rainforest of the west coast, a bit wet in the air today and grey but no rain.
