BJG hates whatever I suggest. he hated the idea of spicy sauce and maple syrup on salmon filets (one delicious sounding recipe). I opted for traditional soy sauce and maple syrup with garlic and ginger.
Later, after late dinner at 8H30pm-9pm
It was delicious that recipe. Super quick and easy to make
a third cup of maple syrup
a quarter cup of water
2 table spoons of fresh lemon juice
2 table spoons of soy sauce
1 tea spoon of ginger
garlic salt or garlic
pepper
1-boil liquid in pot for 6 minutes
2-cook salmons filets for about 15 minutes between 350 and 400 F in prewarmed oven and smothered the salmon in sauce in the oven to bake
