He is at last taking care of himself and sleeps when he is tired. He wakes up at 6am every morning, week ends too.

He never sleeps in and sometimes is not in bed before 1am. 

But now he quietly went to bed and will be top shape hopefully tomorrow instead of always tired like recentely.

I am not tired because I woke up at 11H30 and slept 13 hours yesterday. I am tempted to go buy cider since everyone is asleep and I am bored somewhat.
