It is still only 9:30am, local time. I called my mom and dad but no one was at home. They walk a lot in the town and do many errands.

The nuns of chukchikjall are singing. I am so pretrified but I try to forget about it a bit and pray and meditate for the benefit of all sentient beings, including my own and that of my loved ones. 

Today I have to walk twice the dogs, as hubby will be at school. The mood is nervous but rather positive and joyful. The nuns sing, and sing, and sing.

May all beings be protected from hatred and harm. May we all reach enlightenment and benefit even more other sentient beings. Om muni muni mahamuni soha
