The plate was slightly bigger than what I allowed myself last night at 10 after a day of fasting, but I shared it with the two dogs. Eating such food is so good and I truly hope we always have enough to have pasta carbonara. Bacon is expensive though but you dont need much to go a long way and onyl a third cup of parmesan with pasta for 4-5 meals. It makes sense God is testing us together in poverty if we are so hot together like the blog screams at you all! ;)

I have been a hardcore hedonist for 17 years, since I started fluancol and living with hubby. With about 3 years sober and poor throughout it all. A tough period.

How calm and satisfied deeply my heart and body are with this meal tonight. Thank you Buddha for providing us with this meal I hope for a long time. These days, it is certainly delicious.
