After I have seen photos of the boss nun the building, and did a bit of research, i can let go of the Soeurs du Bon Pasteur. The building belongs to the city I think.

The last lay girl living on site left in july 2003 and the last nuns left in september 2005.  The nuns cited financial issues with the building.
