The music is good but I am inordinately aexcited tonight. I injected tonight. They say one side effect is insomnia. Its usually not very pronounced nor regular except in bad bouts.

I think about EVERYONE I know, and they are all ulra privileged: house, money, jobs, free time, kids, dogs, vacations, travels, gardens etc.

I find that unreal that SO MANY people around me are doing so very numero uno. When I was on welafre, i thought that was a kind of norm of poverty in canada. And it is awfully impossible to be relaxed or happy on just welfare. None of the important people in my life ever came close to losing thier homes and jobs, homelessness, mental heath serious issues welfare etc. yet it is super common.
