I think I will get back into listening to a lot of tibetan buddhist religious music. I have stopped listening to it on loop after two years. If not 4. But I should get back into it.

It really purifies the energy and my internal vibe.

It purges my mind and heart and makes me dedicate deeper and pray to Buddha. And meditate.

I saw a post on facebook that said' everything went wrong after david bowie died'. I feel a bit like that with whiskey's passing on election day in stupid canada that may choose conservatives instead of anything else as top priority in parliament. I feel like whiskey was too good kind and peaceful for this wolrd and his death is a huge bad kamma to come. But I am being superstitious perhaps and silly. Every sentience must die.
