As it was served to me about 4-5days ago, and after having been kept and nibbled on every day in very cold temperature, I now can say i LOVE the way the cook cooked her sweet pumpkine salada with ricotta cheese. In the restaurant as it was served though: utlra ultra boring. i basically ate the salad with was great and kept all my pumpkin boring with too delicate a falvor that needs to soak in the juices for 4 days. At very cold temperature post cooked. i would also had a tiny itsy amount more of cranberries ( i had one or two in my whole plate and much sunflower seeds and pumpki seeds. I would definitely increase the price, as was planned I assume, once the recipe is perfected.
