I want to get back into doing this for an hour a day. two sessions of thirty minutes a day. On a day like today, meditation is encouraged as it is saga dawa month in tibetan buddhism and also, as the wind and birds are so delightful to hear and enjoy, eyes closed or not, meditating.

I feel overwhelmed with gratitude when I feel so much PEACE in our world. Only the wind and the birds, the faraway traffic and a few crows. This is ease and peace. May we never depart from this state. may Canada stay at peace and relative wealth and may we genuinely care for peace with one another.
