The starbucks next door is closing. Cuts from headoffice: on the radio they announced hundreds of shops would close. Twenty four hours notice to employees and if they start and move to another location, they lose all their seniority and benefits accumulated over their years at starbucks. That is nasty capitalism for us all. No humanity, no help for their employees nor gratitude for them. Nowehere in the news do they mention employees who move to a different location will lose all their seniority and pay upgrade gathered over the years. That is neoliberalism and evil capitalism at work where bosses totally exploit their staff and take away their little benefits they have from their loyalty and hard work.
