It must be done as Billy looks sensitive of the teeth when he eats.

His teeth have never been examined in the last 4 years, since his surgery. No post op exam was ever done either as the specialist left the practice.

He needs an exam done pronto, possibly a cleaning, and a plan for his congenital disease and nasty rotten teeth. And his surgery. He needs xrays done too ofcourse. we are in for minimum 5K.
