Hubby just finished his meeting and will be home within 35 minutes. I will re heat the sauce (peanut sauce) and add the noodles to fry. I am pretty satisfied and happy cooking only vegetarian food 99% of the time. Sometimes I add 2 slices of bacon to my soups. Unlike for 7 years in my 20s and early 30s, I eat cheese and dairy milk nowadays. I did almond milk ONLY for 7 years and no cheese nor eggs. Nor fish.It was vegan hardcore but as I did not know how to cook vegan, I ate very little and was totally skinny.
