I smoked so much today that my lips are burning...

About 1.5 pack in a mere 7 hours.

I am totally out of control today...sad sigh. So very very hard it is to decrease smoking for me by now.

I quit one day, cold turkey, for 2.5 years when I was about 23. After that, i could never quit ever again it looks like so far, despite trying many many times, a few times a year...
