I have given up on today! I wills start again tomorrow. I did about 4-5 days at 1.5 pack a day.

The struggle is constant. I truly doubt I will ever touch alcohol again as it burns my cheeks and mouth I am so close to oral cancer...

but cigarettes is an old compulsive love and adoration of samsara for me...

sigh. May God help me quit before I get oral cancer. amen. Om shanti om.
