BJG's mood is good today and he is seeing his GP for a chat and full exam.

I am making more decaf...no caffeinated today and in the last few days.

I sleep way better, without booze on top of it mostly.

Apart from a few groceries for milk etc, and the flea and dewormer treatments for the pets (150$ for one month!!!!!!!!), we have nothing to buy today.

I have to book with the optometrist.

It was meant to be done in november last year....

*Booked on april 9th. The reception was giving me grief because they had not cancelled my last apptm when I called to cancel it....It felt like she was chastizing me and she was about 20 years old. It was weird and unpleasant. I said nothing and got booked. So hoepfully, another eye exam and pair of eyeglasses for 25$ thanks to precious insurance I am so grateful for! amen.
