Though I screamed likea lunatic when she said I would have to pay extra for delivery for cancelling, she turns out to have been, this samira lady, super cool and nice and professional. I truly hope they are efficient and do cancel. I will call 9Eastern time tomorrow morning to make sure the team knows.

It is so pathetic how I lose all control when I panic and feel stressed out by something logistical and tedious like delivery of appliances. I am very ashamed at me this morning.... I am so anti social it is embarassing how littl control I can have with customer service.
