The pasta is cooking and the crunchy but also a bit soft veggies are cooked. Once the pasta is cooked, I need to add parmesan, eggs and pureed garlic and the veggies. It should be good. Post meal: hubby is doing dishes. The meal was ok but we both found it too dry. I am so glad I forced myself to cook and go for a walk today. My energy is down and my moral is so so.
