Especially that he has exerciced kindness in words, thoughts (we hope) and action all his long monk or nun life. The raging prophete has one thing more meritorious: he was much much much more angry at God than he had ever been. Because truly, it boils down to the ego when we are wise and old enough-why get offended at being soiled over and over again unless it makes us quite desperate and needy for Love of sanity in others.
If I had been a buddha child as hot as Shakyamuni,i guarantee you that would not have bothered me nearly as much because I would have understood real early that my mother was simply crazy and I would have begged and prayed as a BABY to God for giving me patience with her. I did not do that I am pretty sure as anouk baby me. But next time it happens, I hope I do. So I am never crazy enraged like in this lifetime. THis is one of the most enraged of all my ever lifetimes forever. We can say God is angry in my story. But he sends Buddha to calm humans enough so that He calms down from their prayers to Buddha, amongst others.
