She could not be bothered to format anything, charged me for formatting and everything was 3x the price it has been with the previous staff. So I called her a 'poor untalented woman who charged expensive for not much work done and should be fired!' I was really really mean and she did not bother replying to apologize for her lack of care at working with my books.

Still, I realize that no matter the ill intent or motivation of this staff, I should have simply said goodbye now that I work with a print shop I did business with for about 8 years.
